Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change! Please review our policy below:

🕐 Cancellations:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled rental time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled rental are non-refundable, as bikes and staff are reserved specifically for you.

🌧️ Weather Conditions:

If severe weather (such as heavy rain, lightning, or unsafe riding conditions) prevents your rental from taking place, we’ll gladly offer a full refund or help you reschedule for another date.

🚴 No-Shows:

Guests who fail to show up at their scheduled time without notice are not eligible for a refund.
